A complete development pathway

A Culture of Success

  • Un cadet remporte l'or aux Jeux du Québec

    Talent Identification

Our experience managing some of the best teams in Canadian history has taught us something about the talent required to succeed.

  • Cadet cyclist age 15-16 learning foundation racing skills with youth coach

A Program – not 1 coach working with 1 athlete

We provide a comprehensive training environment with feedback from multiple coaches on multiple subjects to help riders tap their potential.

  • U23 elite cyclist preparing for European racing career development

    Building Strength and Mental Focus

Integrated strength programs? Yes. Online group discussions incorporating sports psychology? Yes.

  • Mentor providing group youth cycling coaching session focusing on racing tactics

    Regular Online Seminars

Groups meet with experts, Elite racers and external coaches to discuss topics such as race tactics; key weather and race-related apps; nutrition; the purpose of each training block, etc.

  • Three High-Performance Junior Cyclists having fun

    A Supportive, Fun Community

We welcome riders coached by others to our group training sessions and events. We also provide professional support, helping riders get places on teams & support from both federations and funding bodies.

  • Cadet cyclist age 15-16 learning foundation racing skills with youth coach

    Mentorship at Every Turn

Riders learn from each other —often more than from coaches (!). In 2026 we will pair riders with mentors, internally or through external mentorship programs such as Bridge the Gap.

PROVEN RESULTS IN YOUTH DEVELOPMENT

  • 11 medals at the 2024 - 2025 National Road Championships, including 4 Gold

  • 12 riders based in Europe / with European race projects through their teams

  • Our riders consistently represent Canada at international events

“Scott’s success with his riders speaks for itself, but what truly stands out is the genuine care he shows for the people he coaches—both on the bike and in life. Our family is deeply grateful for his support, and especially for the countless hours he devotes to athletes like Quentin and Alec. That kind of commitment goes far beyond coaching—it’s stewardship and mentorship rolled into one.”

“En plus des services d’entraînement personnalisés, Scott et son équipe du Toguri ont développé une communauté de cyclistes de haut niveau qui permet aux jeunes athlètes de recevoir des conseils de ceux qui partageaient les mêmes rêves il n’y a pas si longtemps. Le système d’entraînement de Scott permet de développer les capacités des cyclistes et d’optimiser leurs performances en fonction de leurs objectifs.”

Toguri has been a huge part of Mik’s journey in cycling, offering not only top-level training and support, but also teaching the values of discipline and sportsmanship. With their guidance, Mik grew from a driven U17 into a confident, competitive, and well-rounded Junior. The mentorship and example he found at Toguri continues to shape the way he approaches both sport and life.”
