The European Development process
1. Canadian Foundation Building: Ensure a strong racing foundation through structured progression in Canadian competitions and teams.
2. International Exposure: Carefully planned international competition schedule to gain experience against the European peloton, with an emphasis on positioning and race craft. Plus guidance through National and Provincial team selection criteria.
3. Full-time European Racing: Guidance through team selection processes. More intensive training for the demands of a European calendar; Help with cultural adaptation, including preparation for living in team houses, cooking skills, learning a new language, time-management etc
4. Professional Transition: Guidance regarding results expected for J2 and U23 riders seeking professional contracts; Riders begin working with agents / advocates to secure and review contract offers.
